Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Pay: $60.00 – $80.00 per billable hour

METRO THERAPY CENTER (previously Metro Speech Therapy) is a dynamic private Speech and Occupational Therapy Practice located in Gaithersburg, MD. As a rapidly expanding practice, we take pride in our exceptional team of professionals. We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to join our Gaithersburg location on a “PRN”, “FULL-TIME” or “PART-TIME” basis. At METRO THERAPY CENTER, we offer flexible scheduling with competitive compensation. Our practice specializes in neurodiversity-affirming care, myofunctional therapy, feeding therapy, AAC, FEES, and provides the unique opportunity to work alongside our lovable therapy dog, Terp. In this role, you will predominantly engage with a diverse range of pediatric clients, while also incorporating work with some adult clients. Metro is passionate about fostering an environment of learning and provides resources for growth. SLPs would have mentorship to grow into specialty areas. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Maryland licensure in Speech-Language Pathology

- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload

Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Part-Time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Job description:
Metro Therapy Center is looking for a friendly and professional Medical Front Desk Receptionist to support our therapists, assist our patients with scheduling, organize facility functions, and support day-to-day operations. This position will include performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service for our patients. If you are able to combine exceptional communication skills with an ability to perform ‘behind the scenes’ tasks, we would like to meet you.
***Part-Time Position: Monday: 3:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesday: 3:00pm-7:00pm, Friday: 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
Medical Front Desk Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and maintain records and accounts.
• Respond to patient inquiries in person, online, or by phone.
• Manage schedule by notifying providers of patient arrival/cancellations/rescheduling.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding patient balances
• Maintain the reception area.
• Update patient records by obtaining, recording, and tracking personal and financial information.
• Maintain business office inventory and equipment
• Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
